Acceptable usage policy

The guiding principals behind this new server are listed below - in no particular order of importance these are based on the Utopian ideals of liberty of intellect, and the subtle threat of extreme violence:

This server is run on a policy based on openess and honesty; although the usual precautions will be taken to protect the server from outside attack, those allowed inside should enjoy the freedom to produce their websites without unneccessary restrictions with regards to access to server resources etc.

Of course, the open-handedness of this server access would be nothing without the threat of the lead pipe partially concealed in the inside jacket pocket - if anyone is found to have willfully abused this openess, or in any way damage the server or its contents, then any and all measures will be taken to remove the perpertrator's access, up to but not excluding violent death.

Freedom of expression is great - but be aware that shit rolls downhill. I won't be carrying the can for any indiscretions. You want to enjoy this nice cheap server? keep the lawyers' fees to a minimum.

Plus - someone whose MSN name is "Andy °O° [Mysteries and magic, visions fantastic, leading to strange and wonderous dreams]" doesn't get to express an opinion on what constitues a tune.
